I have really flimsy nails like, to the point where it would bend and like I can even bend them backwards. But after only a week of taking this, my nails don't bend anymore! It's awesome. I will update this review once i take it for the entire month and see my hair growth progress as well.

Great value, mostly-natural product with a lot of biotin
Containing 60 capsules, one order of this one-a-day product is meant to last about two months. Currently priced around $15 USD, that is a great value. This particular product provides 1,867% of the suggested daily value of biotin plus 22% of the suggested daily value of calcium. On one hand, it promises no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, in addition to there being no preservatives, sugar, soy, gluten or what. However, this product does contain gelatin, which does not make it suitable for vegans or vegetarians. The product is good through December 2018, and is a recommended purchase. Noticable difference
This is the best biotin supplement I have used. I take one in the am and one at night. And wow after 2 months I've noticed a major difference in nail length and strength and my hair is softer and grew 2.5 inches roughly. I knew it was working when my mother complemented my hair and said it's gotten so long and looks the healthiest she's ever seen. Especially since I've been bleaching my hair platinum blonde for 10 years. Would highly recommend giving this a try!
