Good for inflammation anywhere on your body. It doesn't taste great, but I put a little sweetener in it and it is fine. Don't drink too much of this every day, then you will have digestion problems and get a little sick.

I like this tea, and tastes better with a little honey. The boxes arrived a little crushed despite being wrapped in plastic and inside a bubble wrap mailer.

I had one of my kidneys removed due to cancer. My remaining kidney is failing and I am on dialysis. One of the problems that I have to control is swollen ankles feet. Love this tea for allergies for both us and our dogs. It has a wonderfully smooth taste, and actually helps me sleep better at night. The dogs get a bit poured over their food also, and it quells the itchies from indoor and outdoor allergies.

This tea is interesting the first time you try it. It's slightly tingly, at least thats the best way I can describe it, but I quickly got used to that. It's really enjoyable especially with a little honey. Im not sure about the medicinal qualities, but I do feel my ankles and feet were less swollen. Ive had problems with my ankle since a horse riding accident a couple years ago and ankle hurts less when I had a cup of this every day.
