I received the items quickly however missing 2 brushes

I didn't like them ...
I didn't like them, and am unsure if they can be returned after use. While the brush bristles are soft they are stiff to apply because they are so short. The box I received I think had been returned because the inside of the box was not wrapped in plastic or anything to keep the brushes in place so they were all over the inside of the box upon arrival; in addition one of the brushes appeared slightly used.I was very disappointed and do not recommend these brushes.

the brushes are super soft and my adult daughter loves them
Opening the box upon arrival the brushes were all over the place. I put them back in the order of arrangement and one brush was slightly squished from being jostled. Having said that, the brushes are super soft and my adult daughter loves them.
