I have used this NOW Vegetarian Glucosamine & MSM for years. I am allergic to shellfish, so this is a blessing. I am convinced it has saved my back from any major trauma. I used to have severe back pain in the past, not now.My family has had 5 major back surgeries, and none of them have been successful. They are crippled or died that way.I won’t recommend any vitamin or medicine, but I’d ask you to try this for at LEAST 6 MONTHS. I am not making promises, but it’s a real possibility to alleviate pain., at least for me.

This brand is a great value compared to other similar offerings. I have a torn meniscus inmy left knee. I was not able to kneel or bend for even a short time to play with my kids on floor without pain. My primary purpose was to give me relief while I research surgery options as well as figure a a plan for recovering in my current tri-level house. Today I am pain free. I began in Februrary, doubled dose for six weeks, pain decrease dramatically. I then went with the recommended dose until present. I am aware of my injury so certain activities are off limits until I find a solution like soccer. I know being o. A long flight ins cramped seating arrangement will give me a painfully knee upon arrival even with stretching while in flight. I do not have arthritis. I have found that certain homeopathic immune boosters will cause my knee to hurt. I have found this formulation to work for me. Remember the knee will need a certain amount of activity to heal. I went on vacation in March and forgot to bring this, pain returned. That was too soon from when I started in February. Everybody condition is different. My mom took a glou+msm+chondroitin did not help her.

I buy this supplement for my husband, he’s not young (33y.o.) and has arthritis, he said that he was feeling more pain while taking this supplement comparing to other so I don’t know. I won’t order this again and gonna try something else

I have had a back for 30 years and have had 3 major surgeries. These vitamins have been a lifesaver!!! Of course the doctors won't recommend that I take this vitamins on a regular basis to help severely with my tight, sore back. i take these 3 times a day when I'm hurting and 2 times a day when I am slightly hurting. NOW makes very good products and I have tried several with texcellent results.****I am not getting paid or getting a discount for this review!!!I highly recommend this product if you want to cut back on muscle relaxers, anti-inflammation drugs and even pain meds. Make sure you get the MSM included. This bottle will last me 3-5 months and much cheaper than MOST meds. i was in a severe car wreck on 09/11/2016 and I had 3 more surgeries on different areas and this product helps with my swollen knee and hands as well.Best wishes. I purchased this product #1 because it's a Vegetarian version and I have shellfish allergies. #2 I have pain in my joints and per my Chiropractor less fluid around my joints in my arms and legs and neck too. It took about a week taking one a day and beginning to feel a difference in my joints. This vitamin and others I take/purchase from Amazon make a Huge difference for me and my joint pain. I Do Not take prescription pain meds because they make me loopy and cause other issues...this product is great. A+

I was excited to try this supplement and needed a vegetarian version since it is typically derived from shellfish and I have recently developed an adult onset allergy to it. I have taken this supplement for about a month and have noticed less stiffness and pain in my joints. I also do not have the fatigue I generally experience after spending all day on my feet in the classroom. Overall I am very pleased with this product and it's value.
