This chair is more than expected! Comfortable and Easy to operate. The material is so soft and easy to clean. Very well constructed and all of the functions work well. Very easy to put together. The color I chose is neutral, not too light or too dark. I highly recommend purchasing this chair, you won't be sorry!

i just had my bladder removed do to cancer this chair is easy to assemble and works great takes the pressure and straining off my incision from standing up very comfortable. there was a issue with delivery that was not shipper fault was the carrier fault customer service was polite and professional thank you all so very much ill be buy few more for myelderly parents and my wife.

Nice lift chair. Poor instructions. Certain wires will break if not disconnected, leaving you with a repair job. Lift chair will make noise in certain positions, probably needs a little lubricant or grease. I like the lift chair it has helped me considerably after my operation, It is well made and the cushions are not flat needing stuffing. I enjoy the comfort of the lift chair.

Very comfortable and perfect fitting chair for my 83-year-old mother who is 5‘5“ and about 160 pounds. Beautiful brown color. We paid more for set up and it was well worth it. Highly recommend!

Poor quality. The legs are collapsed when it arrives but there is nothing to keep them from collapsing except the cup holder. See attached pictures. The back and leg lift do not operate independently, so the back is in a lying position if the legs are lifted. The back is not very thick. The arm cushions are asymmetrical. One of the bars were bent on the base. My husband is having cancer surgery and needed a lift chair. I dont have time to send it back or I would.

Bought this chair about 3 weeks in the actuator quit, contacted the selller was told it was covered under warrenty the new part was sent in a timely manner. Installed the new one and the chair is back to working really good,I appreciate the sellers attention to this matter and friendly response that got the problem taken care of.

Chair works great - nice heat & massage - seat softness seems to have broken down as not as comfortable as when bought a few weeks ago but sleeping in it due to surgery
