Initially I wanted to try it for the pre diabetic or type II pre condition, this is a must intake twice daily as recommended i.e.(1oz in 1/4 cup of water), after about two weeks felt improved in my overall health, i.e. lower BP, more energy, replaced my daily intake of synthetic (OTC) multivitamins.Observing myself, wife also wanted to give it a shot for her chronic post H.
