Fixed my washer's noise and water leak
The YouTube instructions are excellent! It took me about 4 hours to fix the washer but I saved a call to the repair man or $1000 on a new washer. I definitely needed to use my auto scissors jack and a 2x4 to get the tube free but the video explains this in detail. It comes with all the tools you need except for common tools such as socket wrenches, hammer, etc. Now it runs and sounds like new!

Good You Tube Video Instructions
I took some time to view the You Tube videos online before attempting. The one linked with the instructions was the best. My washer had a flatter agitator system, but the process is pretty much the same.I was able to tip the washer back enough in my laundry room to access the bottom to perform the repair. I had to do the 2 x 4 scissor jack method to remove the drum from the driveshaft, but no big deal. It was easy. I recommend doing a good power wash or scrub to all the plastic components and tub. Make sure to check and clean the filter plate in the bottom of the tub. The video has this step as an option, but upon inspection I discovered mine was really gunked up.If I ever do this again, I'm going to try putting the driveshaft in the freezer for about 15 minutes to see if that helps shrink the diameter a bit so it might slide into place easier. The fit into the upper bearing was tight and I hand to pound it into place with a hammer and wood block (also shown in the video). The repair was a success.

Great!
Purchased this to fix my washing machine. Previously was sounding like a rocket taking off. Back to quiet laundry duties! All parts needed were enclosed. One of the spacers were cracked but was able to reuse from my original parts. Only reason I took one star off.

Replaced over a year ago, going strong, frequent use
Parts worked fine. We frequently use the washer (likely over use it). It's quiet and no excess vibrations observed after 1 year and 1 month.Search the part numbers of the kit, AppliancePartsPros has a 32 minute video that is very helpful. Shows how to lay it back while protecting the paint job; how to safely prop open top and keep it from flopping the washer forward on you; removal of inner tub from rusted/frozen shaft using 2x4 and a jack (my washer needed that and a big hammer). I it took a while to drive the bearing in straight. Note: It may seem as if the inner tub is too difficult to spin by hand when complete. (I didn't try to spin by hand before the bearing failed, so I lacked a frame of reference for what was okay.) The washers worked just fine and was very quiet.

Faulty part
DRY FIT THIS ITEM BEFORE TEARING APART YOUR WASHER AND ACTUALLY TRYING TO INSTALL IT.I strongly recommend spending more for OEM. Some of the other reviews suggest this set doesn't hold up for more than a few months. Installing new bearings and shaft is a fairly big job. IMO well worth the extra ~$100 for parts that will probably last a lot longer (if you even get parts that work from this company)After reading some of the other reviews, I'm not the only person that had this happen...The lower bearing of my set didn't actually fit properly onto the shaft, making installation impossible. I couldn't get the lower bearing to seat fully, which made it so I couldn't access the threads on the end of the shaft to tighten with the nut (the next step of installation). I've attached a picture to show what I mean - the new shaft is on top and that's as far as I can push the bearing onto the shaft (it's covering the threads), the old one is where the bearing needs to actually sit.Washer is working well now, but not thanks to this set - I've got OEM parts installed. FYI there's really good tutorials to walk you through the installation process. I'm not super handy, but didn't have much trouble with this job (aside from parts that were seized up that took a lot of penetrating oil and hammer smacks).I'm sending this back for a refund, which, we'll see how it goes. The bag holding the "install tools" said "cannot refund if opened" - if I get stiffed on the refund I'll update this with further negative feedback. :/.* Really late update - got a full refund without issue

Did the job
I have a Maytag bravos top load and the spin cycle was really loud. After some research I chose this repair kit as it comes with the bearing compressing tool and a tool for removing the old bearings. It also has the spindle. This was very helpful as I didn’t have to worry about damaging the original. I banged the original out with a sledge and dented the old one. No physical instructions are provided but it provides a link to a very helpful YouTube video.

Good quality
I've bought these kits before and my washer had bearing failure a couple of months after repair but, this particular kit is lasting.

Instructions are almost useless.
I liked the price. The shaft that the bearings fit to, is too large. I had to do a lot of Emory work to get the bearings to a force fit. No instruction how to assemble the bearing installation tool. I viewed several videos to find an adequate guide to replace the bearings of my washer.
