Great motors and LEDs, meh on the guards. I would use them again.
Motors and LEDs are great. Motor guards, meh. These motors rock, powerful and good looking. They worked flawlessly for me. Using them with 5045 2 blade props (3 blades are on order) and they are scary fast to me, nothing like the motors on your everyday off the shelf quad. I would not hesitate to use them again. The LEDs work well, too. Bright and easy to install. The motor guards are not for me, ugly and even if I wanted to use them none of the screws were long enough to fit through both the LEDs and guards. I didn't really want those green things on my quad anyway. Other than that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these.Update: For some odd reason the LEDs are not designed with the electrical traces only running along the outer edge. One of the screw heads rubbed off the coating material and caused a short on the 5V connection. Everything was fluctuating and going haywire. I noticed one of the motors was getting very hot while not running and the others were cool. Once I removed the shorted LED everything worked fine. I'm glad it didn't smoke my PDB, it kept detecting the short and would shut down the 5V rail then turn it back on and detect the short and shutdown in a cycle. There's no reason for there to be anything charged where the screws heads seat, but the LEDs are poorly designed. I'm going to get some nylon washers for under the screw heads and make sure I Locktite them in.

great value!
Havent tried the motors yet but i already using the guards in another build. it works great! love the color too even tho it's very obnoxious, it'll help you see your quadcopter. the wrench tool is awesome, i use it all the time now, easily my favorite tool and it came free basically. these motors look like re-badged racestars from china and im currently using those and they are decent motors so i suspect these will perform exactly like those, for the price and all that it comes with (especially the tool) it's a great deal, if anything just to have a fast spare set of motors.

Complete kit, no instructions
My brother and his son bought the kit and assembled it. A professional had to finish the programming controller setup. I bought the same kit and had to assemble it using YouTube videos, my brother didn't get instructions either. Two weeks I figured everything out. It flew for 10 seconds before a motor burned out. The others are fine. I couldn't find a single replacement and had to buy the motor kit for $38.

Awesome deal with lots of extras!
The media could not be loaded. Great set of motors! They sound great when running and perform great as well! All the extras you get just sweetens this deal! You get 2 sets of screws and an Ball end allen wrench for each motor. So you can keep an allen wrench in your pocket and a couple in parts box to check tightness on screws wherever you fly! The other extras you can see the lights I got were 2 Blue and 2 Red, The motor guards fit perfect on my ZMR 250.I recommend oiling the bearings as soon as you get them, just to be sure! I use Hoppes Synthetic oil for lubing bearings and it works great for RC bearings. Only thing that could make this deal better is if they included a couple spare prop nuts, They are nice low profile and the nylock grips the threads when using with RayCorp 5x3 props.

Worst motors I've ever used
Worst motors I've ever used. I have been in the hobby for almost 2 years, so I've definitely gone through some motors. The motor bells bend VERY easily, the magnets slip VERY easily, The bearings slip out of the base/bell VERY easily, and the windings are JUNK--Couldn't figure out why a brand new motor on a brand new ESC wasn't working... So, I finally traced anything that could cause this issue all the way back to the motor wires. I checked those (solder quality, etc) and one of the three winding wires literally just pulled out in my hand. I hadn't even used this motor one time and a winding wire pulled out from the motor base with VERY little effort needed. Had I not waited until the refund "window" had passed, I would have returned them after the first flight. However, I didn't get around to putting these on a build until the 30 day refund policy was passed. I'd hate to see what a hard crash does to these...

Save some extra and get something good
Poor quality items, LEDs burned or stopped working and the motors lost the clip so the top part comes off anytime the prop touches anything (two motors have this issue). Today one of them came off and the bearing came off too. I think I rather pay a little more for higher quality parts. It seemed very good at first and with extras but the quality is not there

Amazing bang for thier buck
I don't do reviews to often but after ordering a second set I think it's necessary to let people know what you're getting into. These aren't meant to be pro-race motors with them being half the cost of any other motor I use these are worth it! It has been 4 months flying every day at least 10 4s packs each session and just a day ago my first motor died from the stator moving inside the motor and braking a wire after a very hard impact (200ft+ drop). My first set has been abused, tuned and crashed plenty of times. If you're new to the hobby this is a worth while purchase because like I said they are half the cost of other motors and perform just as well if not better then the other companies

Motor wires too short for 4 in 1 esc
I used these motors for my first FPV mini quad build and am thoroughly enjoying them so far. I put them on a 210 frame swinging 5'' props. I will say that I had some disappointment when I first received them, as the motor wires were just barely too short to reach my 4 in 1 esc. I had to splice some 18awg soft silicone wire to these to get them to reach my esc. I didn't see this mentioned in the other reviews. It seems others used them in smaller builds or 4 individual esc's mounted on the arms. To end on a positive note, I'm super pleased with the motors now that the wire situation is sorted out.
