The Far Side® 2022 Wall Calendar Calendar – Wall Calendar, 30 Nov. 2021

I love the hole that allows you to use a simple hanging mechanism called a nail, this, when inserted in a wall at a slightly less than 90 degree angle, or more than depending on your viewpoint, using a hammer, or robust shoe (use one with a hard sole, Croc's not good for this, or slippers) if you're feeling brave and don't have a hammer around, allows you to push the calendar over it and means you can put it almost anywhere in your house, maybe don't nail it to the tv, or your oven door.The Calendar is handily split into Months, weeks and Days, with all the names and numbers associated with them, a little place for writing notes for each month and spaces for each day to write reminders, like "would be nice to leave the house one day, maybe this day" or "I wonder who's Birthday it is today?"It also has some nice pictures, generally one for each month, they make me smile.

Far Side cartoons are simply the best. Latched onto them whilst working in Japan at Toyota in The Japan Times in the 90s. Been a fan ever since.

Ok, so, it's The Far Side. It's a calendar. Not really much else to say. We all know what a wall calendar is, and if you don't know The Far Side, you should!It's not cheaply made, the staples aren't falling out, the print's good, every month is a different comic (none new as Larson only recently starting making new comics and, as far as I know, none are anywhere outside his own page). If you're looking for a Far Side Wall Calendar, this is the one... in fact, it's probably the only one for 2022.

The quality of the calendar is good, and the Far Side humour is always wonderfully quirky. Oh the colour is really nice too!

It is a Christmas present, but it looks very nice , and the delivery was as alway promt and satisfying.

I like that the calendar is well made with quality material, easy to read, and each month has a designated space for notes. Those are some of the practical reasons why I like the calendar so well! But what I am enjoying the most are his one of a kind bizarre sense of humor and hilarious illustrations!
