I bought 2 of these for my renal dietitian friends. They love them! We work at a children's hospital, but these would brighten up any workplace.

It is cute but very thin- almost paper thin.Pin can break easily .I like the smiley look - but was expecting this to be a little more sturdy.

My friend was going in for surgery to remove some kidney stones so I sent him this pin for good luck. It gave him quite the chuckle before going under, and he wears it as a reminder to take better care of his kidneys!
