The product definitely has an immediate effect almost like catnip, but just lovey vs getting zoomies.

Don't know really. My kitten still not calm enough. Gets into everything she can and always seem stressful. No matter what she always running and sometimes goes to wild running around .

Ingredients on the bottle says it’s catnip, the sticker says it’s valerian and lavender. Description says valerian and lavender. Spray smells like catnip. Valerian and catnip doesn’t work the same! Unhappy, unsatisfied but eill use it cats it’s also overpriced.

I have a cat that sometimes gets stressed, especially when he is in his carrier. I was hoping this spray would help to calm him. It does make him interested (i.e., if I spray this, he will come check it out); however, it doesn't seem to calm him down or reduce stress at all. Of course, all cats are different, so your mileage may vary.

Sprayed on my cat carriers and no more than 5 minutes later my cats came running to sniff and figure out the smell. Seems like they like it! Will have to wait and see if it relaxes them on trips.

I had high hopes that this spray would help bring peace to my home. it doesn't help. I presently have 2 extra cats that I am watching, along with my regular 2 cats. One of those new cats is very timid and fearful, and reacts like she is being attacked whenever another cat walks by, totally ignoring her. I had hoped that this calming spray would help lessen her stress, but it doesn't do that. What it does do is cause my 2 cats to come over and roll over the floor where the spray has settled on the ground. My cats are happy to revel in the scent of this spray. The frightened cat just keeps staying frightened, while my cats roll around as if they are in a bed of thick catnip. So while this spray does nothing to alleviate the stress for my stressed out kitty, it makes the catnip reactive cats of mine very, very happy. I would not recommend this for stress or calming, but if you just want happy kitties without the mess of catnip everywhere, it isn't the worst option.

The smell seems to wear off after an hour or two. It's hard to say how effective it is. My kitten is still so anxious, so the difference isn't super noticeable. The sound of the spray bottle also startled him the first few times, but it does let out a fine mist. I will continue using it as we have a long car ride coming up, but seems like I'll have to spray and reapply it quite a bit inside his carrier. I thought this stuff smelled kind of minty. Good size bottle, too.

This spray is excellent, I bought it for when we clip my kitty's nails. And it works like a charm

Frankly, those who have cats like mine will understand that I did not expect much from this product. Actually I'm still in shock. My cat does not like the cage, the noise outside, or going out of her own environment, and since she is a talking cat breed, he meows non-stop even for 24 hours. Before a 2-hour car journey, I sprayed a generous amount of the product on my cat's cage, especially on the soft blanket underneath, both at previous night of the drive day and in the morning of the trip. The drama was over in the 5 minutes until I put my cat in the cage and walked down to the parking lot. It's almost impossible to believe, but I couldn't even go 10 minutes away with the cat in my cage. I didn't hear a single sound from my cat during the 2-hour car ride. Likewise, it was very comfortable when returning. We completed a total of 4 hours of car journey in calmness and happiness. An incredible relief. Get it now.
