Relaxing. May take a little getting used to but great!

I have been using accupressure mats for years and finally bought a new one since my last one was falling apart. This one is definitely the sharpest. It's taken some getting used to due to how sharp the nails are. Hoping they will wear down a bit. Unable to sleep on for more than around 5 minutes due to sharpness. Last one I'd sleep on all night. This is why I gave it 4 stars. I don't believe the nails were checked for sharpness!

Excellent Acupuncture mattress. Relax your body.

I've suffered with low back pain on and off for years due to stenosis and bulging disks. It reduced my pain after using it only once! I've been using it daily in addition to my physical therapy exercises and it has made a big difference. I do find the prongs to be a little painful, so I cover it with a thin towel and I wear a t-shirt and shorts when I use it. Please give this a try!
