Q: Can this popper be used for kettle corn?

I cannot speak as an expert kettle corn maker. But I can say my daughter uses the Casey-Pop for making kettle corn all of the time. It requires a bit more cleaning but it works great.

Q: What is the warranty length and coverage, and how would you make a claim?

Every Popper is inspected before it is sent to Amazon. We stand by the quality of our product. While there is no formal warranty, if there is some issue that comes up during use, we would like to know about it and correct it if possible. Your popping success is important to us!

Q: I have 2 questions. Is this dishwasher safe? Can it be used on induction cook tops? Thanks.

The popper is not dishwasher safe. The biggest issue is with the wood handles and knobs. The heat from the washing and drying will deteriorate the wood over time. As for induction cooktops, the popper bowl is aluminum which means it will not work. I can say it works great with electric stoves, gas (propane, butane, and CNG) stoves, and a campfire. But be careful with a campfire, the wood handle makes great firewood.

Q: What is the difference between the industrial and premium poppers?

Industrial has a straight handle while the premium is curved for a better grip.
