What can I say it does the job I just wish it would hold the USB a little tighter.

When I first purchased this charger base, it was working great. Over time, the charter base began to charge my phone very slowly and one day I looked at it only to realize that the charging base was beginning to crack along the brim at the top. )):I take pride in keeping things that I purchase in phenomenal condition and have had my charger for three-four years. I was extremely disappointed to see the crack along the top as I loved to use my charger… At first, I would only have to charge my phone for about 30 minutes and it would be in full charge. Nowadays, I find myself having fool charge my prime about 6x’s a day and it is always on low battery. When I purchased this charging base I did not think with overtime it is going to come apart (I.e. Apple charging bases never break… Especially like how this Anker charger did - see pictures for reference). My Anker charger has never left the house and seldomly was dropped on the floor over the years (which is something to take into consideration if you plan on being mobile with your charger). I would not recommend purchasing this charger because their warranty only extends for 18mo and it is not worth having to repurchase for over $15.00 when there are other charging bases with longer than a few years of durability. Purchase at your own risk.

I got this in 2017 for the phone I had then, which was already quite old. It charged my phone much faster than the charger that came with the phone. In 2019 I got a Moto G7 Power, which came with what they call a Turbocharger. The Turbocharger charges my new (2019) very quickly, but I decided to get a new cable to adapt my Anker charger to the new phone (that is, I cable with a USB C connection to the phone). I thought it would be good to have a spare charger. Though it is not as fast as the turbocharger made for my new phone, it is surprisingly fast even though the Anker was not made with the Turbocharging in mind. I compared to some other chargers, even to one that was supposed to deliver as much as 25 W if needed and which was also supposed to adapt to whatever phone it was connected to. The Anker is much faster. I am impressed by the "intelligence" of the PowerIQ. And this is not even IQ 2 or IQ3.

I’ve had 2 of em for four years now, and they have performed like champs, never missing a beat or giving me any problems. I bought them originally based off of research I did both reading and watching reviews, and came to the conclusion along with the fact that I have owned equipment from the makers of this company before that they were a good deal. While yeah, they might not have all the bells and whistles of quick charge or usb c power delivery, they do have one thing that cannot be taken for granted and that is reliability. I like things that will last me a lifetime or close to, and I firmly believe from the time I have owned this product that it is worthy of such a title.I would also like to note that I bought the white one thinking that since anyone that owns a lot of black items would be able to guess, when you buy a black piece of anything really, be ready to lose it. So I bought the white one, and over time I have to say that I have still lost this little charger, so what I have done is attach colored masking tape the perimeter of the product, this creating a small rainbow of a charger block and making it much harder to lose, even more so if I were to use reflective tape.One little quirk I found with these units are if you are using usb extenders that some of the extenders i used will not trigger the indicator light on the unit to turn green however what I am charging will still charge.All in all the unit’s are great, they have lasted me this long and I would buy them again and purchase more equipment from this company if this type of quality can be expected from there merchandise as a whole.

If you don't need Qi quick charging — or you just want to save a few bucks and sacrifice a little speed — this is a great dual-port charger. The IQ charging port really does seem to charge at a faster rate than the standard low speed charger next to it, without causing my devices (speakers, a tablet, the occasional old phone) to get unusually hot.The other feature I really like is the charge indicator, which turns green when something is drawing current, and turns blue when in standby. It makes it so easy for me to know when my tablet's fully charged and ready for another day's use, without ever having to open the case and flip on the screen to look.As far as criticisms, I do have two. First, the prongs flip up to hide for traveling, which is nice, but they have zero resistance when in the "ready to plug into a wall" position. I do wish there was an indentation or something so the prongs wouldn't flip up to their stowed position so easily whilst I'm fumbling behind a couch to plug this thing up.The other issue is side — it's not as big as an old school wall wart but it's getting pretty close. This blocks the outlet above/below in a multi-outlet wall port or extender.Overall, though, it seems a fine value for anyone who travels or needs to charge two devices at once on a regular basis.
