Ok so Im updating my review… I got over my drama reaction and tried taking one and it was oddly easy to swallow but they really are large so just know that.My first reaction: The tablets are so large it’s ridiculous. Maybe a horse could swallow these comfortably but they don’t look like they are made for the average human throat. I would love to know who was on the design team for these? Andre the Giant? They are not returnable.

Larger tablet than I expected
They seem to do the trick as a supplement, but the size of the tablets is a little bit daunting and bigger than I’m used to with lysine.
