Okay a very honest review, I purchased the 3 pack to help with my hair strength. I was bleaching my hair white blonde for years....1 day I noticed recently I was shedding too much! And my hair was thinning out. I decided to start taking these after seeing the reviews. I did cut my hair too my shoulders and dyed it at home like a ginger/lightest auburn color. After only 1 month of eating these gummies everyday. My hair is so much thicker, healthier and I barely!!!! See any hair shedding now! My skin and nails are so youthful and I never had any breakouts with my skin using these gummies. And I'm very sensitive too alot of products. I have broke out in the past with other hair gummies. But never with these. They do got sugary stuff on them but I like them and they taste so delicious. I can't say enough about these. I love them. I'm 43 years old btw too. Well I hope my review helps....I know myself I hate to waste my money on trash products. But these are amazing!!!

I’ve been taking these biotin gummies for about 6 months and my hair and nails are growing like crazy. I have a ton of new hair growth that I have to slick it down in a ponytail or else I have chicken fluff. Hair feels thicker and stronger. I’ve recommended to multiple friends and family and they’ve also seen results. It takes some time, but stick with it! Great value for the price and they taste good so it’s easy to be consistent with them.

I just bought all these sweet gummies as part of a health kick. Probably too much sugar altogether. They all taste great - except the supergreens which taste and smell of cabbage 🥬 but I guess that may mean they’re good for you. Everything in above photo tastes really good except the supergreens. I can’t testify to if they work or not. Only taste as just got them all.

I'm giving only 4 stars because I wish it would be more gummies per bottle.

I like this particular brand because they’re easy to chew, the flavor is palatable and I can choose how much I want to take daily.

After chopping my hair to my ears due to bleach damage- trying all kinds of supplements hair masks and everything, THIS (and using coconut oil for an hour before I wash my hair, heat protectant spray, trimming the dead ends once a month etc) I looked in the mirror after I did my hair today and I couldn't believe my eyes. My hair is finally growing SO fast, the volume is insane, and it's FINALLY looking alive. I've worn extensions for two years waiting for my hair to be revived, hoping one day I would have voluminous long hair one day and these are truly truly working! I've only been taking them for 2 months. I'm stunned and very satisfied. I haven't cried from being happy about my hair in years

The gummies are not the same as the ones pictured. The ones I received are covered in sugar powder and the flavor isn't that good. I'll still finish them but probably won't purchase again.

Fantastic value for quality gummies~ they taste great and make taking Biotin much easier than swallowing huge capsules.
