Good Headset.

This is an excellent value for money headset. The microphone sound quality is very good and compressed for online communication. The sound of the speakers is excellent for voice with very precise voice soundstage and even Ok for music (ambient not audiophile of course).The foam earpads are comfortable but I added soft washable knitted earpads covers so I can wear this headset all day long without getting ears sweaty. This why I would rather have velour option over PVC "leather".Only thing I do not like is that the microphone is on the right side. Yes, you can turn it around but the speakers with remain left and right so stereo will be incorrectly reversed. This is a little of annoying for right handed people because cable is on the right side. But it is good choice for WFH or not very noisy office.Go for Plantronics or Jabra. It is worth extra tenner. A good headset with noise cancelling mic will improve your online meetings experience.

We we're recommend this from a work colleague for video meetings on computer at work, as the one our employer provid are not that comfortable. When it came we couldn't use it as the company has changed the usb end into a C. We have had to order a converter at an extra cost and time delay, so we can use it. What a disappointment! they should be advertising the fact they have changed the connection. We used the same link our friend used so theres no excuse.

I first bought this headset in February to use on Zoom calls. It worked for a couple of months until it suddenly developed a very loud clicking sound which drowned out all speech. It was too late to return via Amazon, so I accepted a replacement set from the manufacturer. This one produced echoey and distorted speech and was unusable from the outset. The manufacturers seem to be happy to offer an infinite number of replacements, but based on my experience so far, I contacted Amazon customer services and managed to get a refund. Wouldn't bother buying these again.

Sound quality is very good. Noise cancellation and microphone quality are very good. Works very well with dragon dictation over the internet. Comfortable to wear for many hours. Had struggled with another more expensive brand before. Glad to have purchased this one.

Could use with samsung tablet but not with mobile. I could use with Motorola mobile very well. As Samsung is my main phone i had to return. The quality of the physical headset seemed good just Shame on compatibility.
