منتج سيئ جدا جدا غسالة المفروض إنها ألمانى وشركة محترمة لكن الباب فيه ميول ومش راكب كويس واشتغلت شوية وبعدين وقف الفتح التلقائى بسبب عيب الباب وخدمة العملاء أكلمهم سيئين جدا كلام معسول فقط دون أفعال ويقولوا بنتابع معاك ونكلمك ولا بيتصلوا مرة ثانية ... بصراحة مستاء من سوء الجودة من شركة ألمانية زى بوش وجودة منتجاتها أو سوء تخزين وتوصيل شركة أمازون وتجربة لن تتكرر مرة أخرى ... كما أن خدمة عملاء أمازون أصبح فيهم موظفات قليلى الذوق ولا يصلحون لعمل خدمة العملاء أسوأ تجربة تسوق على الإطلاق
