The Price is what got me to buy the camera, Its great quality, you do not need a subscription if you have a micro sd card, i love the voice prompt ability to great somone when in detected. the night vision is 10/10If your looking for a Good cheap security camera, or Security System Zosi is where its at

I bought this due to a remote install with plenty of clear sunlight. I have a current camera from this manufacturer that is static and non-ptz. The original description stated that this camera auto-tracks and completes auto-scanning / auto cruise. Which it does none of those.I notified the seller of the error and that I had no use for the camera and I would like to return it. They responding stating they would issue me a refund if I provided them proof of a 5 Star review. Apparently violations of Amazon policy and bribes are a way of doing business for them.I initiated a return through Amazon.So this camera has a long wake-up period of about 1.5 seconds to 2 seconds if it even detects the motion in the viewing frame. If the subject moves too quickly it wakes up to film nothing, even in the most sensitive setting of motion detect. It only completes short recordings (mostly of nothing).The battery seemed to last a long time after the initial charging, but that does you no good if it doesn't record anything.Over all, Spend the extra money on a quality PTZ solar camera.

I purchased two Zosi PTZ outdoor cameras. They failed in a few months. Cathy from Customer service was fantastic to work with. Tried everything to get my cameras back up and running. However no luck she then replaced them and new ones are working great. She is a great customer service rep.

I purchased 2 of these cameras a week apart. They were not put into service until about 6 months after purchase. I added a micro SD card to make use of the local video storage for free. The camera WILL NOT let you record video locally without a cloud subscription or linking it into a NVR. I am not sure if I received 2 defective units. I did contact zosi support and did everything they asked to try and get them to work and they don't. I took a lightning strike which killed my 4 year old 2MP Zosi PoE system so I was forced to upgrade. I purchased the Zosi 4K NVR system and the NVR found the wireless PTZ Cameras and they are now connected and recording to the NVR and functioning flawlessly and that is the only reason they are not being returned. If you're planning on being cheap like me and using it without subscription based services you'll need a Zosi NVR. 3 stars because your product does not work as advertised without the purchase of additional equipment. Overall 5 stars for a great camera system with the nvr.Update 9-5-23Customer service was very diligent in offering a refund or exchange so I will change my review to 4 stars. I am not able to swap these out at this time as it is not feasible to pay someone to come back out to climb ladder.

Purchased back in March 2023, this is my secound Zosi camera. Price was right and the quality of the picture in HD is excellenet. Lately I had a problem with the software I used on my Windows based PC. I contacted the support team and they bent over backwards helping me get my cameras back on line. Yotina sent me an update with instructions on updating the AVSS software. It easy to load and my thanks for fianaly finding a company that truly stands behind their product.
