Try the manual pairing. I bought 3 drones from this company. None of them paired automatically, but the manual pairing works immediately... switch the drone on, power on the controller, push the left joystick up and then down, simultaneously push both joysticks down and to the right on a diagonal. Push the unlock button on near the left joystick. If that doesn’t work, you might likely have a malfunction. Good luck! These are really easy and fun to operate.

Can extra batteries, props, etc. be bought for this drone? How do I contact the seller or manufacturer?

No. The seller’s email address is in the QA. I contacted them and received the following: “Hi, i am sorry we don't sell propellers for this drone.”

Where can I get an extra charger?

Hair keeps getting wrapped around the propellers and were having to clean them almost every time we use it. Is this normal?

Not sure about the hair part, never had that problem. I have never had to clean anything but wipe the body off now and then
