I love this thermos!! I can take it any where and not worry I’ll spill it. It’s small enough and can fit in your purse or back pack, it can actually fit a little over a cup of coffee. This is my 3rd thermos, I had to order another one because my Mother-in-law lost it.

To make a long short Do not buy this product I had less than a year and I thank God that when my husband poured his coffee out, he didn’t scold himself bad. The whole came apart wasn’t as hot as when I first put it in his thermos. and what sad is I bought it for him because he works part time. He only works three days a week using a product three days a week less than a year it should not fall apart. Call Amazon to replace it or refund it. They said they cannot shame on you for selling a defect thermos like this people be aware if someone had this and the coffee was scolding hot from the beginning they would’ve been burnt really bad

If your not able to dry the cup out, any left over liquid will run down the side. It did keep the liquid a temp.
