Good afternoon, I bought this necklace for my grand-daughter's birthday. I gave the gift to her yesterday. We noticed that the chain did not have a clasp on it to put the W on. I also noticed that the necklace was shorter than I expected. I look forward to your help. It says it for a women and it looked very tight on my 13 year old grand-daughter to put it over her head. Loved this necklace but I think the wrong chain was enclosed.It is only 17 inches and to short for me. ( I measured it! )The 18 inch chain would be more likely to fit others in my family.
