The shipping is always fast 1 to 2 days so far it's the best acai I have used, mixes well tastes great and acai is extremely high in antioxidants, it lowers blood pressure and stabilizes blood sugar I combine it with a keto diet. Acai is also good for increasing energy and stamina and I have also noticed nootropic qualities to it you think better, eye sight gets sharper also along with anxiolitic effects. Oh BTW for guys when combined with a clean diet it boosts testosterone and libido makes you rock hard at least that's how it goes for anyways give it a try!

Easier to source than fresh acai berries and simple to add to smoothies. Luckily they provide a scooper to assist with measuring. My children enjoy this powder in their cereal or on their pancakes. The subtle sweetness and rich color makes this an attractive addition to our meals.

Pros: It gives me energy and does help me be more creative. As a writer, that's nice. It's a bit bland in taste so I usually mix it with two packets of Equal to make it a bit sweeter. It seems to help with pain to a small degree, as well as gives me a slight improvement with blood sugar related issues. I also notice that I sleep better on days that I take it as opposed to days that I forget. Cons: It can irritate the stomach so if you have GERD or IBD/IBS, you might want to consider taking it with yogurt or after cottage cheese. Also, occasionally I find small bits of plastic in mine. Since I mix mine with water I notice as soon as I get them in my mouth and I'm sure they wouldn't hurt me either way, but still, the packaging or processing should be a bit more cautious, as it 'could' cause someone to choke. It's unlikely but still, anything's possible. Cheers!
