The net seems to be good quality, but the poles won't last through a rainstorm. We put ours up a few days after Christmas , and by the first week of the new year it had blown over. Most of the welds broke. This was a rain and wind storm, but no tornadoes. We have since had to build our own frame. We constructed this one from wood and cemented the poles into the ground. This was quite costly, especially after spending $1200 for the net and metal frame. Surely, if we would have cemented the metal poles this wouldn't have happened. Maybe the manufacturer should recommend this.

After spending a lot of time researching a good quality batting cage that is truly worth the money, we decided on this one. This is the only one that comes with a COMPLETE 5 YEAR WARRANTY. It is very strong, and has so much room inside of it that if you hit a ball incorrectly it won’t come back and hit you like most of the 10 feet wide ones do. This is a cage that my soon to be 9 year old can grow into since there is so much room. To say that he loves it is an understatement. When we deided on this one, I contacted Tom from the company and he explained things great. It was sent via Fed Ex just as planned. It was a bit trying to put up since the directions weren’t really great but once it did get up what a joy it was to have. We experienced an incredible storm here and as a result poles and 3-4 ways were ruined. It was a very odd thing that happened. We contacted Tom about the situation and since this batting cage is the only one with a COMPLETE 5 YEAR WARRANTY, the parts needed were shipped right away no question. We were even willing to send pictures of it and it was not needed. Great costumer service, great quality and this cage is HIGHLY recommended for anyone that would like it. The other cages are not strong, don't last and the customer service could be horrible. NOT here

Purchased in August 2017. Was not the simplest thing to put up as the instructions are limited to pole connections and a picture. One set of the poles did not connect easily as the other poles did. They required some hammering and WD-40.Now that it is up however, could not be happier with the product. It's in my backyard, on grass. it's very sturdy and has gone thru 50 mph winds without even a twitch. My girls use it all the time. Hopefully the snow will stay away and they can use it for another month. I'm not planning on taking it down ever, even thru the New England winter. I will hook the bottom of the net up about 5ft off the ground so it's not resting in snow all winter. Other than that, it should last forever where it is.

Extremely pleased with this high quality batting cage. I have had others in the past and this one is hands down the best quality cage for a reasonable price. You get what you pay for! I have been using this cage (55 footer) for 6 months now in the Midwest. This cage has held up to 30-40 MPH winds with ease and I have had no issues whatsoever. The cage was delivered promptly as promised with no missing parts. The cage comes with installation instructions but a quick glance was all that was needed as it was very simple to install. I did my research quite extensively, comparing multiple cages on Amazon and other sites, to find a cage that fit my needs because like I said earlier, I have had other cages that barely made it through a season. The poles and net are heavy duty and high quality. I have had our baseball team over on several occasions, my sons hit in this daily, and I could not be more pleased with the product as the repetition they get in the cage has really paid off on the field. I called Champion Sports customer service shortly after I purchased to confirm the warranty, etc… that I was told the product came with. I got right through to a “real” person and they answered all of my questions with no hesitation. Kudos to the customer service team as that is very hard to come by these days.

We purchased the 70' cage back in March. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the frame and netting. Both kids pitch. So we have 2 mounds set up, softball circle and a full 60' mound for my son. Space is not an issue. Obviously, both use it for hitting.This past October we had some heavy windstorms. It's recommended to stake the frame down, I did not. Part of the frame was blown over and damaged. Completely my fault, I contacted their customer service with the intent of purchasing the damaged parts. The storm happened on a Saturday and within an hour I heard back from Tom from customer service. He let me know that the parts would be covered under their warranty. I responded back on Sunday morning with my parts list and again, Tom responded within an hour. The parts were shipped out early that week and I had them before the next weekend. I have recommended this cage to all the families that our kids play with and I would recommend it anyone looking for a quality cage with a GREAT warranty and even better customer service.Bob B.

I purchased this cage in December of 2016 very easy to install with simple instructions. The net and poles are heavy duty and the cage has gone through several big storms with record breaking rain, along with some heavy winds for my area, and the cage still looks great with NO damage done to the net or poles. I have recommend this cage to several parents on my sons travle team. Best part is everything you need to build the cage is included, and with a 5 year Warranty on the poles and net it was a very easy decision for me to purchase this cage. My son loves this cage and uses it several times a week. Excellent customer service that responded very quickly to a question I had.
