Metaphysical Anatomy: Your body is talking, are you listening?

Quite an extensive manual re: illness/emotional causes. Much bigger than I expected. I spent a couple of hours doing a quick perusal of the index and related sections in the book. That said, I love that everything is in alphabetical order. A good deal of the information was relatable, but a lot of information related to knowing details about long-dead individuals. There is a section which includes relevant questions for the reader. With that in mind, I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that these actually have to be written out to fully take effect and trigger the mind to 'clean house'. Once I saw how large the book was which wasn't full of fluff, page filling nonsense, I realized what a good value this was.

Love this book! If you are on a healing journey this book may assist you. Finding the root to a trauma response is so helpful for healing.

As thick and dense as this book is full of some of the most amazing information needed. I’ve been looking for a book like this since reading Louise Hayes book, “You can heal your life” Which near the end of that book gave many pages of multiple synopsis to the different body parts and the emotional value of each. This book is above and beyond that and has taken it to some really incredible heights. Not only that there is a special way to use this book which is very well explained. I’m onto add to my library some of the other amazing books that Evette Rose has produced! If you are a physician, some type of certified health practitioner or a life coach, I would add this book to your library. If you need some type of diagnosis at all of what’s going on in someone’s life when in this world, usually physical symptoms are the last stop. This goes much deeper Into such a spectrum of gathering a lot more personal information regarding the emotional body in early childhood trauma and caring around the polluted information until the body so wisely has produced the symptoms to alert the tenant of deeper issues needing attention.

I bought this book some time ago, and made the mistake of giving it to someone to use for short term. I have checked with everyone I know, and no one claims to have the book, so I had no choice to buy it again. Because this book is so good, and extremely thorough I had to buy it again. This book really reflects how trauma, unhealed negative experiences & such stay in the body and how that manifests into disease (dis-ease) in the body. It is a fantastic reference book for any holistic or spiritual practitioner! There are lines of questioning & investigation, as well as solutions to help. A must have for me!

Very interesting book

Incredibly helpful information that connects emotional health and body awareness.

Do you have pain somewhere in your body and not really sure what the root cause is? Sure, you could mask the pain with otc meds, but why do that if you can actually heal yourself instead. With this comprehensive book, you can get to the root metaphysical cause of your various maladies. I'm not saying this book will help you "cure" a broken leg, go to the hospital for that (duh), but if you have a pain in your foot...maybe there's something that's happened in the past that has settled as unhealed trauma there. Answer some thought-provoking questions to help guide you in the right direction. Great resource for alternative healers and lifelong learners. I took one star off because it is a bit difficult to read at times due to what seems to be a missing editor.

Absolutely fantastic appendix of so many illnesses and health issues, body parts etc and the corresponding emotional aspects. As someone who supports others in holistic wellness, I use this reference all the time and highly recommend for both personal and professional use.
