Great option for rackmounting your Raspberry Pis
I had been looking at the non-POE version of this rackmount for our raspberry pis, but was hesitant because I really wanted POE. I checked the UCTRONICS website to see if they had a POE model, and surprise, it was on their website. I emailed their sales department to ask when it would be available on Amazon. They promptly replied that it would be on Amazon in about a week and stated they'd email me when it was. Sure enough, they kept their word and about a week later they emailed me the link. I ordered and it was delivered a couple of days later. I installed one pi that night and found the instructions could use a little improvement (they have since emailed me updated / improved instructions). The most difficult parts were: 1) getting the nuts that hold the display screen on the rack started on the mounting stud 2) getting the flexible circuit board of the SD card adapter installed in the upper / POE board. Tip: once you get it seated in the slot, don't pull it out thinking it will insert as easily a second time. Once you've installed one pi on the rack, the remaining go quickly (my 10 yr old son did his with some guidance from what I learned from doing the first one). Overall, the build quality and functionality are excellent - exactly as it is described to be. It definitely neatens up my server / network rack and is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended. Not only is the product great, but the UCTRONICs pre-sales team was helpful and the fact they emailed me improved instructions without my even asking is a pretty good indicator of the quality of the company itself. If you're on the fence about it, don't be, just get it.

Great Product, But I Had Issues
I'm giving this product 5 starts even though I had issues with the installation. I ended up damaging 2 of the thin flat cables on the SD adapter board because I didn't realize that before the thin cable go into the slot on the POE hat, a gray clip in front of the slot must be popped out first. Without pulling that clip out slightly, you have to force the cable in. Once you pop that clip out, the cable goes in very easily. Once you have the cable in, you can then push the clip back in the secure the thin cable in place. I actually broke the gray clips on 2 of my POE hats so I can't use the sd card adapter on those until I can get some replacement clips or possible even 2 new POE hats. I was hoping that the company would work something out for me because I don't want to replace the product because of something I did.The other issue I had was getting the display to show anything. The directions only tell you to edit the rc.local file, but there is other stuff that has to be installed, set and complied first. I had to go back to the product description to find the github link that explains it all.Other than that, this is a perfect addition to my rack setup.

Beautiful rack with excellent features
Good-looking and problem-solving rack solutions are (unfortunately) expensive. So I was not surprised at this unit's cost - but I did expect much. I am not disappointed. I have some nits, like the HDMI cable mount is a bit flimsy, and you must remove the entire rack to add/remove/work on any unit. But these nits are far outweighed by this rack's advantages, like its front-mounted HDMI connectors, SD card slot, individual power buttons, incredibly useful mini display, and professional appearance. I love this rack! I modified the source code for the display to include each machine's hostname, and updated IP address, if it changes after host startup. I would easily buy more - but nobody has Pi's anymore. Pity all around.

Mechanically not compatible with Raspberry Pi 5
New hardware spin of UC-775 is required for PoE movement on Pi 5 to behind the Ethernet interface. Unless an adapter cable can be used to interconnect with the new layout.

Defective product [UPDATE]
Completely defective product. Instructions are 100% unclear about which hardware goes where. None of the micro nuts will thread properly. I got a broken POE hat (a soldered piece was completely broken off). The provided screws are either too loose or too thick to thread properly to the metal frame. I will update this review after getting in touch with the manufacturer but as of right now it useless.[UPDATE]I have finally installed some raspberry Pis. Attaching the OLED screen to the rack is cancer. I am pretty sure I cross threaded every since one. I did some troubleshooting and found the rack threading to be defective and the supplied nuts to be fine. Either way, Im not taking the OLED off anyways so it's whatever.I still have the damaged POE hat (I am waiting on the manufacturer to take care of this but I am positive it will be replaced). The power switch, nuts, and associated cables were not included in the packaging (could be a logistics mistake, will also talk to the seller about this)The plastic hex standoffs are awful. When installing the UCTRONICS rack into my server rack, some screws were falling out of the bottom because they no longer threaded to the hex standoffs. I don't know why metal ones were used but these plastic ones are terrible.LATEST UPDATEThey shipped the buttons and replacement parts. Everything works PERFECTLYAMAZING customer service. Production quality could use some more attention.

Design is great, functionality not so much...
After going back and forth with ordering I finally received the correct item to begin racking my Pi boards neatly. POE functionality is working great, the only suggestion I would have is to include remaining PINS for other component add ons i.e. additional HATs. Have not tested the HDMI function as I access devices remotely. The Micro SD Card adapters failed to work properly. I have tried to reseat them multiple times and have not been able to keep sessions alive. I had to revert to using the builtin Micro SD Card slot on the Pi systems. I emailed support to find a solution - will update review if I have any luck.
