If anyone has had trouble with this adapter keep reading....I'm updating a previous review to not only say how great these adapters are, but also how brilliant ZOOAUX's customer service is.As soon as I'd left a comment here and via email, they had gotten back to me within a few hours offering to help AND send me a replacement or refund.But essentially it was me that was in the wrong! So please also check that you're using this adapter in the correct way. Please know that to use this adapter you must ONLY use it for charging your laptop, keeping your other port free for your other adapters/docking stations. If you plug in your docking station to this adapter it will break or have issues because it's not designed to support docks.Now that I haven't made this mistake again, I keep my other port on my ASUS Zenbook free for my docking station, and I now have all the ports I need because I can still have my headphones plugged into this adapter (for some reason the ASUS Zenbook seems to disconnect bluetooth headphones really quickly so I prefer old school wired headphones).So, if you use it exactly as its described and designed, it works perfectly. I think it's just all too easy when you're in a rush to forget and plug your docking station into it, making it appear that it's broken.Thank you ZOOAUX team!

I have a Samsung Galaxy s20plus and I can only play music from my phone through my car speakers using an Aux cable and my cars aux socket. I tried a much cheaper adapter from another site but it didn't work so I returned it and got my money back. I was a little weary buying these as I had already asked if they would work for me and I got an emphatic "No!" from the first to answer my question. A little later someone else told me that it would work. I took a leap of faith and bought it. I am delighted. Not only does it work for me, both charging my phone and playing music from my phone through my cars' speakers, but the sound quality is great!A definite recommendation from me!

After trying 3 other splitters for my audio I was really giving up hope as they had all broken within a week of use, however even after a couple months this one has almost no issues with it.The almost is becaus of 2 things that are more a nuisance than anything but important to note.1). When i plugged a charger in while listening to something occasionally it would freak out and just stop the sound which was annoying but fixed by unplugging it the plugging it back in.2). Fast charging is possible with this charger but no higher than 60w so if you do have a faster charger than that then you might see the bit of frustration that could give you.Overall though it does the job and really if you have a somewhat modern phone you can just charge it when you are not using it using the normal usb port on your phone.

Great purchase! Working well with my old Galaxy note 10 plus 5g. Bought 2 different ones before, but always disappointedwith low quality. Rapid charging working as it should. Recommended

Bought in October but only started using after Christmas as was a Christmas present. It’s just completely stopped working, tested headphones in other devices and they work fine. Really not great for the price to only last just 2 months

This has been an absolute life, and phone battery and therefore electricity, saver, and especially right now any money saved on electricity goes far. I don't have to stress about my phone and bluetooth earphones running out of juice due to the extra battery needed to run wireless devices - I can plug in my (super comfortable, good quality, and tinnitus-friendly) Sony wired earphones and use them as normal. If I need to charge while walking anywhere I can do that too - so this is amazing for when I'm at the gym on the treadmill or rowing. Definitely recommend - I'm buying more to keep handy in my work bag as well as my personal bag!

The overall product met my needs, but unfortunately, it did not last long for the price paid. It only lasted 2 months before it started acting up. It connects and then disconnects when the vehicle shakes and the wires have to be angled a certain way for it to remain connected. So when I am using my Bluetooth, it will switch to the vehicles soundsystem and then I have to manually change it back. Annoying to deal with especially whilst driving.Edit: The customer care team has been in touch and has sent me a replacement so I've changed the rating from 1* to 3*. Depending on the product I will reassess. Let's see if it lasts more than 2 months.

May have just been a faulty item but using with a Galaxy Ultra the audio and power in constantly cuts out, it can go from working not at all to if your lucky maybe getting 15 minutes of uninterrupted use before it stops functioning.Both cables connecting in were checked and working fine, the phone was in a fixed position so no cable kinks etc and the same issue was also occurring with an alternative phone so could only have been the splitter cable the issue was caused by.***Updated 19/07/22 - Contacted by seller to resolve issue, great customer service.
