Looks nice, works well
The pitcher has a sleek look and is light weight. There were no instructions about the amount of water to put in the ice core before freezing I nitially I left about an inch of space at the top. I should have filled it only 2/3 of the way. The original product we received had a faulty thread when i screwed in the diffuser to the lid it was impossible to get it off. I tried several methods. The manufacturer sent us a new pitcher immediately. The diffuser and ice core have worked beautifull. The plastic is crystal clear and sturdy!

Simply a great productI have purchased this pitcher mainly for my teenager who does not like to drink a lot of water but ever since I bought this it is actually me who has been using it the most. Because of this pitcher my water intake has gone significantly higher. It was also an instant hit with my younger one who now drinks more water because water now looks cool! This is simply a great product: it is beautifully designed and made with material that almost looks like glass. The pitcher seems fairly sturdy and hopefully will last a long time. I also like the fact that it came with an ice core.

Large Capacity is Great!
I love the large capacity. It comes with an ifuser tube which is great for adding lemon flavor to my ice tea. The frozen tube could work well if you don't want melting ice to diffuse the flavor of your drink. My old ice tea pitcher became stained and it won't come off. Hopefully this item will not stain so easily.

A little tricky to put the lid on. Edges of the lid are broken after two weeks of use and the pitcher is no longer useful
