At first, I could not unscrew the two halves of the base. Then I realized it was not a screw together like my last feeder, but it pushed apart - even easier! The opening is wide and easy to get a brush into or wash in the dishwasher knowing the water will get into it. It is a reasonable size in that not a lot of sugar water will be left uneaten and wasted by the time it has to be changed. The entire thing is well-made and attractive.Love it!

I can’t count the number of hummingbird feeders I’ve used and had to replace over the years. All the others I’ve used have been plastic or glass with plastic flowers and they all were 1 season use only because know matter how often you cleaned it, it would always get moldy. Always impossible to get completely clean, even getting washed in the dishwasher wouldn’t get rid of the mold around the plastic flowers and in the flower hole.These feeders are AWESOME!! Great color, sturdy, easy to clean and all the hummies go right to them. I won’t need to throw these out in the fall!!!

Beautiful feeder, easy to assemble, fill and clean. Comes in a variety of color, with an ant moat to deter pest. My humming bird feeder is always a joy to watch, as the red glass attracts no need to color your water, it’s always humming with the beauty of nature.

Update: I decided to dick a star because the metal feeders (aka the centers of each flower) have begun rusting. I'm not sure how big a problem this is for the birds, but I'm really disappointed. I still think it's pretty, but the couple hummingbirds I have really prefer the red feeder over this one!I'm in love with this feeder. I love the color, the style of it... There's just something delicate and graceful about it, I don't know! I already had a feeder in a different style, but it didn't have perches on it, so I chose this one.To be fair, the hummingbirds seem to prefer the red one over this (PSA: DON'T dye hummingbird nectar, just get red jars!), but they're still using this one from time to time!The construction of it all seems to be really good, too. Admittedly, I don't like that the bottom half of the base is plastic, but so far I haven't experienced any leaking. The ant moat is a lovely little touch as well, and I like that you have a choice of whether you want to use it.

I originally purchased this because I wanted something I could set down to fill, and something dishwasher safe. The hummingbirds LOVE this feeder, I didn’t realize what a difference it would make. With my old feeder I was having to dump half the nectar out after 5 days, but with this I have twice as many birds feeding and they’re draining it in 5 days.No leaks, easy to fill and clean. I’ve only put the bottle in the dishwasher and hand wash the base. It is well made, nice to look at, good quality, and attracts all the hummies.

This hummingbird feeder is well-designed and well-made. It is easy to clean because the lower section comes apart easily. It's a simple design that works well. It is attractive to hang in the flower garden in front of our house. Hummingbirds readily come to feed from it. Also, the ant moat actually works.

I’ve had multiple hummingbird feeders and I like this one the best! You unscrew the base, fill it up, and flip back over. No leaking. It’s great. So pretty and sturdy too

Love the blue glass of this feeder and the hummingbirds seem to love it as well. 1/4 cup of sugar & 1 cup of boiling water to dissolve the sugar completely. Let cool and refill the cleaned container weekly. It took a week or so for the birds to realize it was a safe place for their daily drink but they love it (and because these birds are territorial, they fight over the rights to drink out of it.) Very well made and nice design too. Can recommend this feeder as long as it is high enough where bears can't get at it.

Love it!! No ants invading my hummingbird food and the little guys have a place to rest on while they feed! Really easy to clean and refill! Highly recommended by me and this is my fifth hummingbird feeder!

Love it keeps ants and other bugs from getting in the feeder very pleased.

It’s much lighter pink than in the picture but the birds love it. Nice solid feeder. Doesn’t sway too much in the breeze nice to have 6 flowers for the birds to pick from.
