wonderful taste
this is the best cheese i have ever tasted. i had bought it for casseroles, but i am afraid there wont be much left, my family has decided that everytime they open the refrigerator that it is also time to just take "a little" taste and by now there is not much left to use and i have to reorder. but this cheese tastes divine and have to reorder shortley. well worth the money. excellent product

Consider how you will use this cheese before buying.
Because I prefer to eat parmiggiano with fruit or in salads, this cheese was perfect. I would not advise 18 month aged for grating as it is still to soft. The order came swiftly and was in safe packaging.
