Many delicious recipes including a variety of wonderful soups which I love to cook. New to me recipes including Mediterranean Chicken with Olives & Capers which intrigues me...I can't wait to try it. Marilyn's Slow Cooker Chicken and Noodles, a recipe I've been looking for. Mom's stuffed flank steak: so excited to see this one; one of my favorites my mom made. Yummy, fun desserts and much more... For those who love to eat the best slow cooking has to offer this one's for you!

I've tried about five recipes in this book, all dinners. The resulting meal in each case was mediocre. I'd hoped for more because there is a good choice of family dinner recipes that have titles sounding promising. However, I would not repeat any of the recipes I've tried. I've given three stars because the book is well organized and has a variety of recipes, and there are many recipes I haven't made which may be good. Nonetheless, after tonight's dinner disappointment from yet another recipe from this book, I've decided to give the book to a second-hand store. Perhaps someone else will have better luck with it.
