This wonderful little item puts a much more intense, concentrated pressure on your acupressure points. Your finger and/or thumb can get tired putting pressure on a pressure point, plus your finger and/or thumb is bigger than the round points on this very handy item. Therefore, the pressure is spread outside of the exact point and your effort is somewhat wasted. Use this item right on the exact pressure point and there will be no extraneous effort expended. It was a very good purchase and will come in very handy for a very long time. If you’re thinking of trying acupressure, or have been using your fingers and/or thumb, you should treat yourself to this. You likely won’t regret it.

This tool is awesome. Fits in those small hard to get trigger points the fat end is nice to even glide with a bit for direct pressure 😜 perfect lil tool to help save my thumbs. One of my fav now

Not what I needed. Doctor suggested something else. So had to be returned.guess would work for someone who needed just a little relief. Small convenience for someone.

I wear a vest for work that pulls on my neck. Bought this to help loosen some of the muscles in my neck while at work, and it has been a life saver. Used it on my forearms, & neck. I will use this tool for a long time!

I bought this because it was reasonable. I have never used any other one.. It is easy to use and I watch videos online on how to use it. Since it is metal it will last forever. One side is pretty this is pretty small and the other side has a larger ball on it, I can use either side.

I needed something to use for my back and this don’t work as expected but I guess you get what you pay for 😊

I use this for relieving pressure points-and love it! Comes with a holding pouch that snaps closed.
