I purchased a large heating pad a couple of years ago that served me well for a while. When it died, I needed to replace it with something similar. I don't take any kind of pain reliever for various reasons and I frequently have back pain, especially after standing for a while preparing meals or working at arts and crafts shows. Heat is the only way I can reduce the pain. I found this one and I am amazed! Apparently, my old heating pad was never up to snuff because it didn't heat up like this one does! Even on the light setting, it is almost as warm as my old one ever got! On the hot setting it heats up so well that I have to turn it down after a few minutes. I also like the fact that it provides heat at the neck. I keep it on the back of my recliner chair at all times and visit it throughout the day. It is my new best friend for pain relief and warmth.

I love that it provides heat from my neck down to my low back. I am 5'3" tall. The pad does not get super hot on high, but very warm. On a 1-10 scale, with 10 being super hot, I would rate it a 7. Comfortably warm with not needing to turn it down for being too hot. It does heat on both sides, so the cord can be on either side of you. The neck snap works either way, though I tend to pull it snugger around me. I even use it as heat therapy for my arthritic dog.

Husband has disk disease and loves it. Wishes he could wear it without being stuck to a plug and that it ran longer. But so far, he loves it.

Overall, I would definitely recommend, but there are pros and cons. It's an amazingly soft heating pad and worked wonders keeping warm and easing muscles. However, the vibrators are super weird. I was hoping for a more massage feeling rather than tingly. The straps are easy to adjust according to body size. This pad is for an average sized person. I'm 5'7 and it fit me like a vest. My mom is 5' and it swallowed her whole. I do wish it would've been battery operated or had a charging pack so I could wear it while I do other things and not be confined to one spot. It's a good purchase and will be thoroughly used throughout the winter.

My day is all of a sudden cool almost non stop, but he didn’t want a regular heating pad (too small) Doesn’t like electric blanks.I really likes it. It had a great weight and even at the bottom he can put it around his wrist so it doesn’t move.

I like that I can be in bed getting a massage. It’s light weight but still powerful enough to massage while laying on it. It’s heated which is a plus. The only thing I don’t like is that it has to be connected and in the pictures it doesn’t show a cord, so I thought you can walk around with it.

Works great. Creates a great flexibility of your trying to move around while wearing it.
