Customer Care That Actually Cares
The following is from an email I wrote the company:Thanks for the follow up emails, it is refreshing to deal with a retailer who cares what happens after they have my money. I have received and been using the elbow braces I keep one at my office and one at home, I do a lot of typing at work and this is the reason my doctor recommended the brace. I was having a fair amount of pain through my forearm, and couldn't figure out why, but the doctor said it's common in those of us who type a lot, and to get one of these braces. I found your deal on Amazon and it was a great price for a 2 pack. I also like that it came with a little mesh bag for travel.At any rate, I was happy to see the first follow up email was instructions on how to properly use the brace. Not that it isn't fairly easy to figure out, but the description of how to pinpoint where to place it by flexing your hand, palm downward etc. was helpful. And, thanks especially for the customer care in the truest sense of the phrase; it appears you actually care for your customers, not just service them.

Good Value for a product that works well.
The tennis elbow straps are value priced and offered relief from my symptoms. It is extremely important to remember that these straps should be part of a comprehensive plan that involves NSAIDS, Stretches, Massage, and Icing. I wear them mostly at night to relieve symptoms and then go without during the day unless I plan to do some lifting or other strength work. This device helps change the location of the tendon and relieves some of the pain and weakness. My problem is only on one side so I can clean one brace and let it dry while using the other. It also comes with a mesh bag that you could place your braces inside and wash in the machine. I just clean mine with soap and water by hand. So far there is no smell or grime build up after 2 months of use. Also, the Velcro material is holding up well and there have be no other tears in the material or defects in workmanship. Would definitely buy again.

The "A" kind of looks like the Avengers "A"
Works great and the "A" kind of looks like the Avengers "A" I keep one in my back pack and one at home. The carrying/storage bag is not useful.

As soon as I put the brace on, I felt some relief. I started wearing the strap almost all of the time and I tightened it a bit more than how I started, and the pain throughout the day is limited to directly on the elbow where the tendon connects. After several weeks of this, the only question I have remaining, is whether my elbow will heal with the strap on, or whether this is just a temporary relief measure.

Product is well made. Stays where you put it, washable, comes two per order in a mesh bag that doubles as a wash bag so the vecro and straps don't get tangled in the wash. Great price.

Pain relief!
I have problems with chronic pain from osteoarthritis and tendinitis, bought the elbow brace straps and found they relieve my pain. Just a little pressure, easily adjusted and comfortable gel cushion.
