If you have ringing in the ears and it’s driving you crazy, you need to buy this! I have a constant ringing sound in my ears every day for the last 10 years. It’s gotten worse and now louder in my left ear. After five days of using this I’ve noticed the ringing is gone in my right ear and it’s not as noticeable in the left. I’m taking 2 pills every day. So far this has been the ONLY thing that has helped!!

I was hopeful that this would work because I am sick of listening to a constant dog whistle in my ears. I took it as directed for two months, but not only was there no improvement at all, it actually seemed to make the tinnitus worse. This product in my opinion is a complete waste of money.

I’m trying it and so far it has lightened the ringing in my ear but not gone. Only have used it a month.

I bought Tranquil Ear, not for it’s tinnitus relief, but because I am trying to find an ear-health vitamin supplement. I can’t find any ear-focused vitamin supplements. I don’t, knock on wood, have tinnitus, but this formula helps prevent premature hearing loss and also has the nutrients the ear needs to remain healthy as I age. That is what I need! The doctors behind it are ENTs so that is the pinnacle of specialization in this area. So thank you for making a vitamin for the ear, it’s a very overlooked area of the body. I hope I won’t ever get tinnitus but taking this 1x day gives me great confidence in the future-health of my ears.

I used tranquil ear for 60 days. Zero affect. reviews were mostly implying "hopeful" that it "might" work, , without known results. Doctor videos were 30 sec. long, and said nothing of significance. If doctors are experts as they say, why is product not getting Raving reviews, and why do they not show great confidence in the results hoped for ? And why are their short videos saying nothing at all ? Not FDA approved. Says continue taking due to everyone is different... Expensive, and appears to be a vitamin, if label is accurate.

Been on the daytime formula taking 2 per day over a month, for constant left ear severe tinnitus. This came on gradual in 2019. I noticed it’s been getting worse. I feel it’s from being exposed to a loud music speaker for the past 20 years in spinning classes…as I rode mostly the same bike in the front row near the left speaker without ear plugs :(. I am starting to get some relief!!The tinnitus is not as annoying!!Planning to keep taking this for at least 3-6 months. I’m an RN, and I know meds take time to work. People give up to quickly.

I took this product according to the directions, 1 per day for 30 days. There was only 30 in the bottle. I kind of expected to see a difference within 2-3 weeks. But the symptoms I have were unchanged for the entire time I took this product. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Have had tinnitus for many years, but didn't really notice the sounds in my head until I first heard about it. I read an article about this, don't remember where. I think it was in a Health Guide my father-in-law had. I first noticed this in the mid to late 1980's. Thinking I could get help from the VA has always been in the back of my head, but not possible to get help from the VA, even though they understand it and could help me, but only if my income was too low. They don't care if I am a Veteran. So am trying these products in an attempt to get some help. Expect me to try something different soon.

I don’t have tinnitus, I don’t even have hearing loss…yet! But I want to do everything I can to prevent all of that b/c I know friends who have damaged their hearing and the pain and annoyance are immense they tell me. I take a lot of vitamins daily, even for my eye health, but this is the first product I’ve seen that is targeted toward protecting the often-ignored ears. And with two ear docs behind it, I think this product is my best chance of preserving my current ear health. It’s only my first month but I’m looking forward to adding a daily dose of Tranquil Ear to my growing daily vitamin regimen.
