Great for use with other Thomas trains! Doesn't mix with regular HO cars though.
If you have an existing Bachmann Thomas HO set, this is a GREAT addition. My 4 year old loves it.As Thomas has a typically younger audience, they have put an older style coupling mechanism on these cars, which is a little bit more durable than standard HO train couplers (which snap off easily).Just be careful because the Thomas stuff only fits with other Thomas stuff. While you can run regular HO trains on the Bachmann track, you cannot mix and match since the couplers are different.
