I take one or two of these with dinner every other day. Don't expect this to amp you up like something like tongkat. On the contrary it has great calming effects and is good with dinner to wind down for sleep. This is in line with how cistanche works because the body produces the majority of testosterone while asleep. By itself this may not make a noticeable impact on libido. That's why I like to combine it with acetyl l-carnitine (taken in the AM) which greatly complements cistanche. 10/10 highly recommend this product especially from the highest quality supplier out there.
