An apt title for an amazing story
Psychoanalysis is a dense and difficult subject to understand. But when you try demystifying it and weave an intriguing plot around the whole thing, the result is an intensely engaging and absorbing narrative. One of his best books.

unexpectedly thrilling
Defence attorney Robert Kavin hired Dr. Gwen Moore to create a psych profile of the Bloody Heart Killer. 6 teens have been brutally murdered and mutilated, one of them is the Robert’s son. This book was actually good and kept hooked till the end. Tho i felt few chapters in the middle were boring but it picked right up just in time. The twists were good enough to blow my mind. I just wished that the author gave more details about the crimes, I just felt that the story centered on the two main leads rather than really dive into the crimes. Nevertheless, this was unexpectedly thrilling.
