I’ve been taking these vitamins for a few months now alongside generally taking better care of my hair. I’m mixed so have tightly curly hair that tends to get very dried out and tangled as days go by, especially the ends of my hair. My hair is long already, but gets to a certain length and just breaks off due to previous bleach and heat damage so hasn’t actually grown any longer in quite a long time, just breaking off as it grows keeping it at the same length.After 3 months on these vitamins, it has definitely grown a little longer than the length it was previously stuck at which seems promising. I don’t think it was solely down to these vitamins alone, but I do think they’re what pushed things over the edge if that makes sense as the products you use directly on your hair can only do so much. Vitamins work hand in hand with good products (I use pretty much the whole olaplex line including the salon treatments) as well as generally good haircare and a balanced diet. They won’t work miracles but can help supplement haircare in general. This is why I was looking for the cheapest option for vitamins, as they’re not even what’s doing all of the work when it comes to haircare.

I really love the taste of these gummies, to the point I could eat the whole jar in one setting (I havent though). Taste like sweeties. Although I have found these cheaper in Pound land for £3.50.

The hair vitamins gummies arrived quickly and taste really lovely. However, it’s too early for me to say if they are of any benefit to my hair as this is only day 3 of me taking them. I also intend to use a hair growth spray to accompany the gummies. I’m hoping the combination of the two will help boost my hair growth.

Great but has a slight funky iron taste

The gummies taste great and it's easy to take. I haven't seen a difference in my hair yet because it's early to tell but i do feel like my nails look a lot healthier and nicer.

Very quick delivery product is nice

There is never 30 gummies in a bottle. Just opened a brand new one and counted 28.

I hated the flavour and didn't see any difference at all
