Seems a bit smaller than expected. Packages very well. Arrived in excellent shape.

The small footprint of the building allows you to display it in a number of spaces in your home and incorporate the coordinating accessories with ease. The Disney Pumpkin Town collection is a wonderful addition to your Halloween decor if you or your children are a Disney fans and enjoy lighted houses.

This Mickey Halloween village house is really well done. It's so cute and better than anything at the Disneyland parks or stores. I have other Dept 56 pieces and they always do an excellent job. This is my first for the Disney series and I love it.

The item came in demolished from the bad packaging. I am giving this product a 5 star however because I got a refund and from what I could tell the piece looked great. I think the packaging was bad because someone just started working at Amazon and didn't have proper training yet.
