I need a new hip! The step without highteners is just the right night for me to step up. Hopefully I’ll be able to add the highteners in due course!!

These are the same steps my sportscentre had for Body Pump. It is long, wide and stable, excellent for a man doing chest tracks and lunges. I use this on a wooden floor at home and find the rubber grips work well but do leave little skid marks which are easy to remove. Only minor gripe is that it comes with four risers when I could do with six, the supplier doesn't advertise extra risers.

I'm using this step at the entrance to my house so that my dog can get in and out easily. We have just one of the raising blocks under it at each end, and it's bouncy. I wouldn't like to be doing heavy exercise on it.

Quick delivery - would have been 5 across the board if you the risers clicked in so you could move it together.

Use it daily and it works but dips in the middle. Stopped using the additional height pieces as don't lock in.
