I have been using MCT oil consistently for about 18 months. I usually opt for a 32oz size for the house and its fine...albeit messy (not matter what I do). I have changed my lifestyle to include intermittent fasting therefore I need to add a product that could be conveniently taken on the go. I had heard about SuperBody products through the keto community but had never tried it. It was available in travel packets so that worked for my needs.The product arrived in a timely manner in the time frame promised. It is convenient, clean and does what it promises. I will say the first day or two I got a bit of a headache after drinking it. I can't say why but that subsided in a day or two and it was back to biz as usual. I appreciate having this product available to help me achieve my personal health goals.

I only buy these for when I travel as I just get my MCT oil out of a jar at home or at my office. It's very easy to tear off the top, then dump one of these packs into a cup of coffee wherever you have coffee. Also,the MCT oil is 100% C8.Whenever I travel or am at another office for the day, I have a few in my briefcase or backpack. So far I have not had one break in my briefcase or backpack or car despite my habit of throwing stuff around. However, I generally keep the 3-4 in a baggy to be safe.I've generally put these in my 3-1-1 bag when flying. The flat construction means it's easy to slip 3-4 in.

I usually use Bulletproof Brain Octane but I was leaving on a trip and needed some MCT oil fast. I ordered the travel size bottle of Brain Octane before my last trip and it leaked in my luggage, so I think these serving sized packs are great! Thanks to Amazon, it was delivered it the same day I ordered it. It is tasteless (I don't know why someone said that it smells/tastes bad!), and is made of the right stuff. It's such a convenient package (no leaking in my luggage or purse, already measured out); I'm super happy with it! Just a few cents over a dollar each pack doesn't seem like a bad deal to me for what you get.

I've used MCT oil prior to purchasing these packets. It was difficult to carry around some type of container with an oily liquid. When I traveled and needed to add MCT to my coffee I'd usually take a container with me and pray that it didn't spill. With the travel size packets take MCT with me has been very easy. The MCT oil itself is great and can be added to my drinks when I'm on the go. I'd definitely give this a try, even if it's just for the ease of throwing something in your bag as you walk out the door.

This should be good for a normal person to add to their protein shakes or coffee.I had weightloss surgery and my stomach capacity is greatly reduced. So if and when i use this (sparingly!) i use 1/4 of a packet. any more than that and I get sick.But there is no taste, just the oily feeling, especially if you don't mix it in enough. I didn;t notice an increase in focus or metabolism, but thats probably because i use so little.

I like this products--convenient packets and tasteless. I liked that while I am on a KETO plan I can use Brain Brew for more frequent BMs. Otherwise I am constipated! I have more energy now. I did get a little nauseas and dizzy at first, and I did not know that this products can cause that because it is getting rid of yeast and toxins in your system. That is what one review said! I do not know if it is the truth or not, but I feel better now and love this!

I cannot definitely say if it did anything for my mental sharpness which was the main reason I purchased it. My appetite does seem supressed and I like the convenience of the packages. My stomach does hurt slightly, but it goes away quickly. I only use half a pack as I found that I would feel nauseous if I used a full serving.

As stated, the product does not have any flavor, and easy to consume. It does warn the consumer to increase consumption gradually to avoid stomach problems. I made the error of taking the whole packet after breakfast once, and thought my stomach was going to explode from pain, and made a B-line to the restroom. With one packet, I spread it over 2-3 days. I would say that the oil does suppress my appetite/cravings to the point where my low blood sugar doesn't dictate that I eat fast food. I will probably just use the whatever I have left and not purchase anymore.Overall, I say give it a try.
