Too small for general household cleaning. For small things, trays, some non-precious jewelry, OK. Very little blast strength. It will clean grout but will take probably 1 minute per foot for light staining. That is too slow for me.

Worked very well for about 90 days. Then the rubber seal that keeps the steam pressure inside wore out

Super easy to use! As soon as I got it I poured water in the the cleaner, plugged it in(takes about 2-3 min) to work, making sure you're aiming at the spot you want to clean or rinse and pressing the nozzle. I used it in the bathroom and the steam is very strong and comes out with a lot of pressure as you can see in the video attached. It's also pretty compact which I like in terms of storing it! Great addition to my cleaning supplies if you like a squeaky clean house!

I wasn't sure if this would work, even though my friend told me she liked hers. Well I LOVE IT!! The first time I tried it using it on everything lol. My rug so I wouldn't have to take out the big shampooer and it took out the few stains, then the air vents for the dust (I'm short and am too old to climb) then the metal plates under the burners on the stove and last but not least the oven and oven door IT WORKED!!!! This little thing was amazing!!!!

Very easy to use, comes with great attachments, that allowed me to clean different areas in my home. Small and compact, easy to carry around while cleaning. The water boils quickly, has safety feature when operate, you need to push the switch up first to unlock then push the button down to let steam out, this makes harder for a child to use. I've used it on my stove tops, counter tops, sliding glass door tracks, and shower glass tracks, it works great. I used this mainly to cleaning the grout in the bath room and kitchen tiles. Very affordable price.

This is my first steam cleaner and I'm liking how it works! Wanted to try out a cheaper version to test out how I'd like this way of cleaning and this does a good job for the value. Later on I'll buy a fancy one but for now this works how it should.

Given the size of this unit, it functions and works really well to get the grime and mildew stains if any off of the shower walls and pretty much everywhere else. It’s functional, it’s small, lightweight and easy to use to get around corners with all the extra accessories they provide . Other than the five star rating I gave, I do have one minor issue with one of the attachments, they are made of plastic and melt quite easily I noticed

Ive used it days ago..i am pleased i just used it on a few windows. My furniture) i can see the dufference ( like my couch was cleaned) always wanted a steam cleaner( now have one)

Wish the start button (hand held button) was a bit more ergonomically friendly, you have to keep holding it down and pressing it, and wish the extension cord was longer, although you can plug it out and it will still work as well for a little time, but overall it's still a great product. I use it regularly and I still recommend it but if I could improve those 2 things that would be it, I received it in a very efficient time of the order date, and packaging was fine.

Great quality. Very sturdy. Heard up fast and gives a good amount of steam. Took a bit of coordination to hold the trigger to start with but very easy to use.very happy with the purchase.

It works pretty good at lifting grease and cleans stainless steel appliances. Too small for big jobs but it is a good size for smaller jobs around the house. The cord is around 12' long so depending on where you are using it you may need a power extension cord. It heats up fast (1-2min for steam using 150ml of water) and will sustain steam with pressure for around 30seconds. It is also small enough that it's easy to store.

This unit is mostly plastic, did not produce any usable amount of steam and onky served to streak a few windows up. 1 star is generous, but the return/refund was painless

Poorly built product. The seal / gasket around the filling port fell apart after one use. Avoid this product and save your $$$$$$

I'm afraid that the product is somewhat awkward to use and handle.the time to utilize it is minimal as the steam does not last long , therefore have to be rather quick.the product itself is heavy and awkward to position when in use.I just feel that it was not worth purchasing it.

This product is not good for the intended purpose, , they claim that it is good for bed bugs, however at 6 inches away I can shoot it at my hand , without, any affect, One would have to hold the unit one inch away from the bug in order to kill it.,by that distance I can kill it with my finger, furthermore the temperature they rate it is at the nose, so you would have to practically have the nose on the bug. The steam looses its intensity very quickly,thus rendering it ineffective.. Best use in my opinion to increase humidity in a room, a house etc.

A poorly made product with easy to fail plastic components. The safety control of the cap is confusing, making it difficult to open and close the cap. Some of the accessories are impossible to be connected to the main nozzle. The main nozzle could not stay steady after only a couple of use. This product should be avoided.

I just got this today, its the first time I've used one of these little hand held steam jobbies, but the concept is pretty straight forward. I like the idea of having a portable bug killer that also cleans, disinfects and removes wrinkles. HOWEVER, I don't like having to fill the tank so often or that the water leaks a bit from the head of the tool attached.I will be putting this little fella to work though, we recently found a couple of bed bugs and fleas, and I'm pretty sure all those liittle white almost salt or sugar looking things, that seem to be almost everywhere, are dust mites... side note for anyone storing survival stuff i.e. clothes, blankets etc... If you do find fleas or a bed bug in your home you can be sure they also made a nest in your gear!Further post with results to follow...
