The bag I received had a Pazzo tag with Provogue printed. Stitching and all zips, fasteners of ok quality.Returned it coz I found the size of main compartment is small in comparison to 60/65L rucksacks, this one is 75 and not that spacious.The shoulder straps are not well padded and weight distribution is also an issue.For the price it's ok I think. I returned it without using so can't comment on longevity.

This is by far the best purchase from Amazon. The pictures, description, and reviews made it clear that it would be a good quality but wasn't expecting it to be so fabulous. The bag has multiple compartments and they are spacious. Each side have 1 zipper section and Mesh too. The wait belt have zippers which makes it easy to keep the phone, headphones or easy cash without even reaching into the bag. Shoe space is large enough to keep 2 pairs if they are not bulky ones. The rain cover is thick and well secured with a undetachable tag and folds nicely into the red zip section. The laptop padding is good enough like any laptop bags, the top closing has zipper as well as a tie up cord. It also have a whistle (Red) onto one of the straps. There are sleek trap hangers to secure the umbrella or magazines in the front coloured in luminescent stripes. This one is well thought out design I must say, that whistle could be the lifesaver for solo travelers if they are stuck somewhere to call for help.Overall even with all of those tiny awesome details it doesn't weight much. Definitely 5stars and on the recommendation list.
