Good book,...well worth the money,....

The book is just what I was looking for. It will be a Christmas gift.

Bought this for my 8 year old who became obsessed with Bigfoot over night. The book has great pictures and has held up well. She enjoyed reading it and sharing the information with me.

My 10 year old nephew was thrilled to receive this book, along with a Bigfoot hunting kit for Christmas. This is a good size book with a lot of excellent information in it. Lots of pictures, and written in a way that it can be perused and enjoyed by children and adults alike. I can't wait to go camping with my nephew, who is surely now an expert Bigfoot hunter.

This is the companion piece to the popular Animal Planet Highly-rated Series and it is a good one, though certainly written more for the younger set. It gives the reader all the basics for researching this topic, such as what to take into the field, camping tips, what foods to leave out, what to look for in the field and other important things to remember. There are also profiles of the four cast members, recipes, jokes and even recommended books and websites on Bigfoot. Two things about this book bothered me a bit, though-the constant use of the grammatically incorrect term Bigfoots (which any English teacher will quickly educate the kids on) and the P/G Film location being in Humboldt County, CA, when in fact it was Del Norte County. Now, of course I realize the usage of Bigfoots is to denote more than one, but to me it would be simpler and less confusing to kids to use Bigfoot creatures. Having said that, though, this is a good book and worthy of being on all Cryptozoology bookshelves, or your kid's bedside table. I do recommend it.

If you have a young child interested in cryptids, this is a great book to start them off. It's a little cheesy at times but does have a lot of good info in it.

This is for my 8 year old son who is obsessed with the show on Animal Planet. I mainly bought it just so it would be him reading something besides his chapter books for school. Very well made book and much more content than expected. I feel sure he will love it. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this for my son who is currently obsessed with all things paranormal. Book arrived on time and is a pretty comprehensive tome, covering the 'Finding Bigfoot' programme on Animal Planet. Lots of pics, bios and tips as well as a section on Bigfoot related menu's! However, i still can't help smiling everytime i see 'the gang' as they tramp around the backwoods of America exclaiming that every broken twig, old animal skull or hoot in the night is conclusive proof of 'the Squatch'. I really want to believe that there is indeed a hairy mountain man loose in the vast forests who likes to peep from behind trees or stand in people's back yards. However, the longer i watch the show, the less i am inclined to believe. The gang's unflinching belief, however tenuous the evidence begins to grate after a while, with every show seemingly ending something like, 'Although we never saw or heard anything at all, i am 100% convinced that Sasquatch is alive and well and living in these parts' (insert area of choice). I suppose i shouldn't be too critical as the show is entertaining/funny, and when two of the investigators are called Matt Moneymaker and Bobo, who am i to complain. All that's missing i suppose is a colourful van and a talking dog...

Bought as a Birthday gift for one of my son's school friends (age 10). Lots of information and loads of pictures great for fans of the show or as in this case a Big Foot fanatic.

ordered the book to accompany the series that my 9 year old was glue to. arrived in good time, good quality, great pictures, full of the stories that were within the series - son enjoyed.

Originally bought this for my husband but when it arrived it seemed more aimed at children. Gave it to my 7 year old who loves Bigfoot too and he thinks it's great.
