Great product, amazing customer service
This is a great product. It works exactly as stated. I have a daughter with limited mobility. She can now be independent and brush on her own. Just a note, this company is AMAZINGLY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. My daughter dropped it and end broke, so batteries wouldn't stay in without tape. Let company know, and they IMMEDIATELY sent a new one. Before I even asked for a replacement. Will definitely buy from them again.

WELL DESIGNED BUT MADE FROM INFERIOR MATERIALS. DOESN'T LAST LONG.
All 30 second smile products are well designed. For the short time that they work. Involving children and adults models. However, they are made with cheap, inferior parts, and materials. To increase 30 second smile's profit margin. The brush handles don't last long and break down within a few days or weeks of use. Essentially, the brush handle stops working and wears out within a few weeks after purchase. Also, the brush handles are subject to water damage from normal use and care not to get wet. Water resistant but not water proof. Moreover, Ken and Rebecca Hegemon, who founded 30 second smile, make excuses to avoid honoring warranties and free brush for life program agreements. They have raised the price of most adult and children's brush handles and systems from $129 to over $250. Ridiculously over priced. At these prices 30 second smile will go bankrupt soon. In today's depressed market fewer customers will buy their product at the $250 dollar price. Not worth the money due to frequent short term product failure. Rip off!

Great for kids that fight about brushing their teeth.
Seems to work great. My young kids don't fight about brushing as much anymore. Easy to use and cleans teeth good. Would recommend. Only dislike is thats it not rechargeable.

This is my 2nd one, 1st one quit working. The one I ordered doesn’t seem to have he speed the 1st one did & doesnt like rechargeable batteries as well.
