Works perfect for scooping sugar in my cotton candy machine

This was a very disappointing item to receive. When I first opened it, I could see how terribly welded it was, then I smelled a VERY strong metal smell, and then when I looked at the opening, it was VERY sharp with jagged metal around the mouth. I returned it and would recommend avoiding this one.

I cannot believe Amazon sold this product to me! This scoop arrived with sharp metal shards attached to the top edge of the scoop. They are visible in the photos. There was a layer of filth inside the scoop. And the welds were totally ridiculous. I am absolutely shocked! I can only imagine where this was manufactured. I will be much more careful about my purchases in the future!

I took a shot with this because I needed one quickly, but wow, what an awful product. The weld job that attached the handle to the scoop was shoddy and incomplete and looked like it would break under any kind of strain. The scoop itself had a hole in it and incredibly rough edges, from which flaked tiny pieces of metal. Thankfully I ordered another scoop the same day as this one since the bad reviews had me worried. It showed up just in time so I was able to do what I needed. I tossed this thing in a pile of catch-all on my counter and totally forgot about it until today when I saw it and got peeved again. Hard to believe someone actually thought they did a good enough job on what I received to actually send it to a customer.

The media could not be loaded. Metal burrs still attached, cutting hazard. Will need to use a grinding wheel to smooth it out.
