Excellent Choice for Low-Carb Bread
I am revising this review to add a star. This is a great product (see details below) and its manufacturers have really improved their deliveries since I first wrote the review below. The loaves now arrive in sturdy packaging well before the promised delivery date. Perhaps the seller under-promises in order to over-deliver (no pun intended), but the result for the consumer is great either way. I am impressed, and I don't say that lightly!I like this product enough to re-order. If it were available in a local store, I would certainly buy it. It makes great toast, which is basically all it's good for since you must freeze it right away and keep it frozen. The slices are small, which helps account for its low per-slice carb count, so don't expect a great big sandwich if you're using it for that purpose. The taste is fine, and the texture, like others have said, is a bit spongy, even when toasted. There is a leathery quality to the toasted crust, which I find quite pleasing. Also as others have reported, there are large holes in the slices that come from the middle of the loaf. This was true in all three of the loaves that came in the order. My biggest gripe is how the loaves are packaged to be mailed. They arrived in a free USPS priority mail paper envelope--which was ripped. The loaves were squashed. I suppose it is a measure of just how spongy they are that they bounced back almost 100%--I would say about 85% from the pancakes they were when they arrived. At almost $10 per loaf you would think the manufacturer would invest a little in making sure its product arrives safely and in good shape.

In my 4 years of trying to bake a low carb bread from internet recipes, I've found the magic!!
This bread is unbelievable!!The bad: it's expensive, and it's chewyThe good: the taste is awesome, the chewiness goes away with toasting, and did I say, only 3 GRAMS NET CARBS!Now, regarding the expense.... I have spent so much money on coconut flour, almond flour, and all of the ingredients to make it "bread" even though it wasn't... I could have probably bought this bakery. OK slight exaggeration but...so yeah, bake it for me, I'll pay. And I'll be able to keep bread in my low carb plan.I do think it's too chewy for a decent sandwich, unless it's something like peanut butter, tuna salad, or chicken salad, or avocado but I did toast it today and I just slathered it with butter. Ohhhh so good, perfection! If you have been trying to create your own low carb bread, give it up and buy this. I've wasted so many hours and so much money to just end in failure and disaster, and this is the answer!

Pretty tasty for low carb bread
First of all, we had an issue with product damage during shipping and StoneBank immediately made it right, which was really cool.On the product itself. I'm happy with it, but if probably wouldn't eat this bread if I didn't have to for my diet. The taste is great, but the texture is not. The crust is almost rubbery, it's pretty hard to tear through. That gets better with toasting, so I'd say toast it for whatever you're going to use it for, even if you normally wouldn't.It's pretty small in diameter. The largest piece of bread in a loaf is about half the size of normal sliced bread you'd get at the grocery store.Overall, if you're going low carb, this is a great option. But it's not the most pleasant eating experience.

While I think it is awesome to find a great low carb choice
While I think it is awesome to find a great low carb choice ...the size of these slices are about half the size of a regular piece of bread? Not for sandwiches...and I find it too chewy. But I think the taste is good.

Great Keto bread option.
I love this product. When I started Keto, I made my own biscuits & bread. Okay, but a lot of ingredients, Time & money. Never quite satisfied with the end result even though I tried multiple recipes. I found SoLo Bread by accident, just following associated links & tried it. Oh my gosh, LOVE this! Once your order is placed, takes just a few days to get it. I usually get the 3 loaves & freeze two. Freezes well. Defrosts quickly. I love the wheat bread, there are 3 varieties. Great for toasting, sandwiches & just an occasional piece of bread if I need to take some meds or a quick snack. This bread is not soft, nor hard. Has a nice firmness & mouth feel that holds up to mayo, mustard, butter-does not get soggy. Definitely worth a try. My best friend who has always made her own Keto bread recently tried this & now orders it, too.

hands down THE best low-carb bread I have found....and a really great vendor too!
have been trying all sorts of low carb breads- with many of them being underwhelming (I'm being nice) this SoLo Card Bread (I got the Harvest Wheat variety) is NOT among that crowd. it tastes like bread- real carbilicious bread! I have eaten it plain, with a PB&J sandwich and as toast thus far and it's simply delicious! Also important noting- when it was delivered, a neighborhood critter had torn open the box and damaged one of the three loaves. After Contacting StoneBank Baking Co, and their failed attempt to discuss w the post office, they made a generous offer for my next order. I was so grateful because finally I had found a low-carb bread that I truly enjoy eating. thanks CP @ StoneBank for the help and being so pleasurable to deal with. i'll make sure I always have some in my freezer! this is absolutely GAME CHANGING BREAD imo.

Chewy, could use more flavor, but a great addition to my low-carb diet.
I love that I can eat bread again! I've been on a very low-carb diet for health reasons and do miss my bread and sandwiches. I was so happy to see this bread available. It is a bit expensive and has a short life-span (I froze 2 loaves), it is also more chewy than I would like. I can live with that, however, to be able to have toast with my eggs, and bread for my sandwiches. Of course, adding pasture raised butter and a touch of salt makes it totally yummy! I would like to be able to order one loaf at a time, since it's hard for me to go through 3 loaves before expiration/freezing expiration. I will definitely buy this again - might try the other flavors, too! I especially love that this is made at a family bakery in the US.
