It works good , I don't get muscle cramps anymore , I also take magnesium with it

I've been taking potassium citrate for around 3 months now. Didn't notice any give differences, positive or negative. But well, it's like this with most supplements. One doesn't notice any positive changes right away. All in all, good buy at this price. The seller was nice enough to send me complementary plantable seeds of mustard. That's a rarity with Indian sellers so, it was a pleasant surprise.

My bones were too weak and very painful. After using this supplement my bone strength has improved and no more pain left in my bones and joints. It was very helpful for me, I liked it.

Smells bad, like thinner or spirit which is used in the hospitals, also it has a lot other components like silicon, talcum, and what not. I think it was unnecessary to make it in tablet form. I should have gone for capsules filled with potassium citrate in powder form, as, it is quickly digested. Strangely it was not mentioned on Amazon in the description or anywhere in the pictures that this product has silicon in it. Also, my stools were loose and kind of like in diarrhea, smelled foul and had a strong medicine-like smell. I stopped taking it immediately. It is too bad that my money is waste on this 120 tablet pack. Although the authenticity check online said that this is a genuine product. I still doubt it due to the smell. Also, the tablet's color was coming off on my hands. I felt like they painted it with asain paints 😂 Really, I haven't expected this from a renouned company like Himalayan Organics.

I have got only one pack of 120 count though it shows pack of four and 480 count.
