Les Anis De Flavigny, Rose (French Mints), 1.75 Ounce Tin

tastes exactly like sugary rose - i love it. I wish the taste was a bit stronger/longer lasting but either way, its delicious.

I'm a sucker for anything rose-flavored. These mints have a decent rose taste at first, but it does dissipate quickly (that's just how rose is). I thought the liquorice-flavored center would gross me out, but I actually really liked it. These mints won't freshen your breath, but they lasted me a while and were a great alternative to, say, candy.

I love floral flavors (like in teas) and scents, so this is an amazing flavor to me, but doesn’t seem too strong for someone who isn’t as big of a fan. I’m also very mint averse, so I’m not big on mints, but I wanted some for the concept/times one uses a mint, so I tried these. The mint flavor is very subtle/mild, so it doesn’t burn my mouth or change my tasting ability. There’s also a tiny bit In the center/end of the mint that tastes a bit like licorice I think (to me at least), which seems to neutralize the breath even more, which I like (again, nothing strong). I suppose if someone wouldn’t like that then they can spit it out before it’s down to the center/end of the mint. Otherwise I’d recommend it for anyone, but definitely anyone who likes floral extracts or is mint averse/sensitive. I bought like a case of these after I tried one!

Wow!!! These are fantastic. Not too rosy, just right. The anise seed in the center is a nice surprise. Love ‘em. If you like rose, these won’t disappoint.

Grew up having these as a kid.

This was a gift for my aunt who is originally from France. She was so excited to see this. It reminded her of her childhood. She loved it.
